[Deptheads] Guests and Special Events Pages

Hi All,

The Guest page http://www.strategicon.net/~stratcon/index.php?

Special Events page http://www.strategicon.net/~stratcon/index.php?

and home page http://www.strategicon.net/~stratcon/index.php

on the dev site have been modified to reflect the information I have  
been able to find so far.

They are not on the live site because a) Eric A. hasn't confirmed  
anything with me and b) the information is incomplete.

If I have missed anything that you can give me, please let me know.
