Some of you already know this, but for those that don't, I'm happy to  
announce Tanya is pregnant and due in late March/early April 2010.  
This is a major reason why Chris and Tim (and a few others) have been  
asked to increase their roles in the con.

I'm not going away, but given Tanya's due date my participation in  
both Orccon and Gamex will be a bit dicey, and Gateway might be as  
well. Thankfully we have a willing set of grandparents to help out  
with the babysitting down there, but that won't really help a lot next  
year.

Anyway, this is what I alluded to at the last meeting that was going  
to potentially cause me to pull back a bit. I will do as much as I can  
before hand, but things that have to dealt with at the show have to  
essentially handed off to other people as there are no guarantees as  
to how this is going to play out.

As to the space crunch for Orccon. We have to be flexible -- we don't  
have a choice. So please be patient and understanding of this.

Also, we got a contract today from the Sheraton for Gamex 2010. No, I  
haven't read it yet.

Thanks all. I know there are some conflicts over space, but please  
remember we're trying to do this for the best of the whole con.  
Everyone is going to feel it to some degree.
