[Deptheads] Testing Needed: Multiple times, RPG/RPGA times

Hi All,

As was discussed at the last meeting, a couple of changes were  
requested for events. One which turned out to be fairly easy, and the  
other, of an urgent nature. I think I've been able to implement the  
changes below. Please test these features ASAP. I want to make sure I  
haven't missed something before moving the changes to the live site.  
(If you don't appear to have an account on the dev site, let Eric A.  
know.)

Requesting multiple times. Please test adding events and editing the  
events including changing some times to second or third choice and  
confirming these changes on the event list (remember to approve event  
to do last part).

RPG times. Please test with the multiple times features above.

RPGA times. Please test that the times and RPGA tag stays for the  
multiple times features above. [Note, the word RPGA will not display  
on the Events page]

I hope to be able to move these changes live next week.
