Unlike you janice the rest of us are not perfect.

Of course the 2nd sunday of each month has BEEN the traditional day I have run privateer events in riverside for the past 4 years.
I think I might have noticed and mentioned this in the past and if I had heard E mention this date I would have reminded him of this.

But shit happens, I understand

I will talk with tim and let him represent miniatures if jose cannot make it

I have already posted major events on the web site and am trying to get more

As I recall, Eric announced the date at the con, which was five weeks
notice, and said he would confirm as soon as possible.  Did no one but
me plan ahead and try to keep that date clear?
