As I've had it explained to me, it means that Tim is analyzing events
and space in all departments to determine what we're doing that is
effective, what we're doing that isn't, when peak use periods are, how
to maximize the use of what space and time we have, coordinate time
and space usage between departments, and generally try to improve
things for the conventions overall.
