Eric,

Do we have numbers on con attendance, special guest vs. no special
guests and the differences? It was my understanding that the special
guests we not that much of an attendance draw, but rather more of a
'treat' for the attendees. I would be happy to be wrong but would like
see something empirical to demonstrate that.

I don't agree that there aren't any "rock star" designers in the RPG or
Miniatures world. They are just fewer and less accessible to us. My
opinion not withstanding, I don't see any reason we can't have more than
one guest at a con.

My natural inclination is to take a lot of cues from what Boardgames is
doing, since it obviously works. With that in mind, would you please
contact me off list about your ideas to help develop RPG's; Miniatures
and the other departments?

Thanks,

Tim
