Lets clear things up a little, the section is Special Guests and EVENTS.

First, AEG was the only special event mentioned at the meeting, so it  
seems to have been confused with the guest list. And we don't always  
cover special event costs.

Second, whenever we can afford them (and occasionally the issue of  
space for them) we want multiple special guests, preferably covering  
several departments. Only one of which will be the Guest of Honor. I  
don't know if a particular person has been chosen as G of H for any  
of the cons, and I personally don't care (beyond knowing for the  
website); take the who it should be argument up with Eric A if you  
feel the need to.

Third, this was a heads up on people that are being actively looked  
into (I hope), and events that maybe or are happening from the people  
at the meeting. Other suggestions are welcome, and if approved by  
Eric A may be actively pursued.

Due to the issues last con, no guest or special event will be listed  
on the website until Eric A. tells me when and what to put up.
