[Deptheads] History [WAS Meeting notes]

One of the good things about our staff is we have a number of strong personalities.  Those kind of people tend to get things done.  The down side is we tend to get into these "irresistsble force vs. immovable object" kind of discussions

I have avoided getting into this one because even though I have strong opinions on some of the things that have been said, it isn't productive. 

We are arguing perceptions, which are subjective by nature.  I think it would be much more productive to put this energy into something useful for the con.

Is there someone who keeps track of the guests?  It would be nice to have a list going out for the next year or so as to who is carved in stone, who we are talking to and who we want.

 I don't mean just guests of honor, everyone we are "courting" as a guest.
