Hi All,

On behalf of the payout crew and myself, please remind all staff/ 
volunteers that game name abbreviations cause problems.

Just because an abbreviation is common knowledge in one department  
doesn't mean the rest of the con knows what it means.
So, if the information (typically paperwork) leaves the department,  
please make sure it is clear to all.
