[Deptheads] Preliminary attendance numbers

I'm calling that 'just over a 10% uptick in actual attendance' (100 more
bodies based on a 970 attendance). Anyone have a problem with that
terminology? I know some of the math is fuzzy but then so is the counting (I
know of at least four people that were there but not counted).
