[Deptheads] Final gamex 2010 flyer

Technically, the Settlers event is a pre-qualifier. Also, the Special
Gamex Location thing might make people question whether we really are
going there permanently. I do think you need to call attention to that
point but perhaps something like New Location. For the next one,
Special Gateway Location makes good sense.
