[Deptheads] Catan pre-qualifier questions

Hey y'all,

I had some questions regarding the Catan event that we're holding at Gamex this year. 

The rules that I have downloaded have no sections covering who may enter or how many times they may enter. Since I have planned to hold two opening sessions on Saturday and Sunday, it seems like a good idea to check whether a person could enter on both Saturday and Sunday. 

Also, I'm curious as to who will be making the travel arrangements on the prize. How many entries will we need to generate before we break even on the prize? At ten dollars a head, it seems like we would need to have around 100 separate entrants, if travel and accommodations are wholly provided by us.

I've been fairly swamped lately, but I'm trying to keep up-to-date in my correspondence with the GMs. Many folks to whom I have sent emails have not responded. Not sure whether these folks haven't read my messages or what have you. What else would you suggest for getting in touch with the GMs from previous events?
