0. Lunch
Much food was had
1. Welcome and Announcements
Janice and Jose have left the building
Janice has been replaced by Steve Ong and RJ Held. We're also looking  
at getting someone to help with outside sales of vendor space and  
sponsorships
Neal Figuracion is now helping board games
Jason DuVall is now head of Computer/Video Games

2. New Registration programs and GAMA report (Norm)
We are going to add a VIP package starting at Gateway. Norm is still  
ironing out the specs

3. Orccon
	a. How'd we do?

Parking, for the most part. No disasters
	c. What went wrong?
Very little. Issues with the hotel

4. Gamex
	a. Budget
Normal, but tight
	b. Special Guests and Events
Victory Point Games. Spotlighting Alan Emrich and Chris Taylor
	c. Publicity
Lots of notes. Eric D needs info on:
victory point game-athon, loot and scoot

	d. Department reports
No earth shattering news

	e. Signage
Need to convert to 11 by 17.
Departments can create there own, if they use the strategicon logo  
that can be found on the web site under forms
Get these to Tim at the very latest by 21 May (and Tim, feel free to  
make this earlier of need be)

Adding a page to the web site

Add Library page. Get more new items up. Update parking page (done)

Not bad for once. Updated parking info on web site

Trying to keep these to a minimum

We took a tour. Net result is we're not moving the dealer room as  
discussed earlier. We're going to keep it in the same place as last  
year, move both demos and payouts to the foyer in front of it.
