OK.

I booked my room for $195.48, thats non-refundable and no sleep number bed, 
tax included.
They $50 mastercard offer was a note at the top of the screen.  I opened 
the box and took a screen shot.
FYI, I had a previous Expedia booking with similar offer and they never 
gave the card so I am printing all the info this time (it does not show up 
on the booking paperwork).
