Depending on the day I could juggle event spacing and give a room if there is no
other option.
The Pandemic LARP sounds great and is a must do.

Okay, more information from Tom:
We need a large room -- enough that 45-60 people can comfortably mill around,
talk to each other, and plan, with chairs for everyone and a few tables, plus 4
rectangular tables for the GMs.
We would need the room for about 5 hrs. 1 hr for setup and 4 hrs for the event
itself.
Could we take over the foyer for this at some point in time? Ideally, it would
be a reasonable traffic time so we get enough people. Push-comes-to-shove, we
could do it on an evening when there are fewer demos from Special Projects. Is
there another room we could take for a time?

I'm getting the logistics together for it but Guest of Honor Tom Lehmann has
offered to run a "Pandemic" themed LARP (one they ran at GenCon) that can hold
around 50 people. Ryan - would you want to be part of such a thing or should
special events or board games try to mount it? Tom says he has two friends that
will fly in and attend the convention to help run it if we can handle it. I
realize it is hard to say without knowing how much space it will need (I've
asked him) but I thought I'd socialize the idea anyway
