Hi Eric,

I have already emailed Tim and Harmon on this but since you asked I figure 
its good to send this info to you as time is short.

I need to ad the "Boxer Rebellion" at
10am Sunday, to the schedule. I will also run a 3rd "Stalag 9" at 7 pm on
Saturday. These need to go on the Events list.

We have the meeting listed now in the Events list, Great, but we need to
shift all the HMGS/PSW games starting at 6pm to 6:30 or say right after
meeting. Meeting should be 30 minutes, if you can.

"Ohh Dear there's a Boxer in the Yard" The Stalwart defense of the Foreign
Legations in Peking China, during the Boxer Rebellion of 1900. 3-4 players
on the Colonial side attempt to hold out against 3-4 Chinese players
attempting to over run the settlements. Simple rules, taught in 10 minutes.
Everything supplied. This game has been run to much acclaim at several past
conventions. GM's Bill Witthans, Matt Denny, John Denny. Terrain Bill
Witthans, Play tested by the Bengal Club. Reserve a spot 661-816-7991. Game
held on the "President's Table" in the foyer. 3 hours.

I was also wondering if the "Painting Contest" should be listed under 
miniatures also? Most miniatures players only search that category an could 
well be unaware of the contest. I have some prizes lined up. I will also 
have a large lighted display case in the miniatures area that is lockable.
