[Deptheads] Conbook proof 3

I know of a few people that enter figures in the contest and show up the day of
the event.

They plan and prepare based on what we had on the website months and weeks ago.
Changing it 4 days before the convention would not be good or fair.
Changing it next year as suggested---awesome.

As far as the galss case with people's minis....The foyer area is over full
already. Paint and take, hmgs, laughing moon, demos, flea market, ex illis, and
other events. Evening you have large scale events and laughing moon and at night
you have werewolf events.
I would keep the glass case with contest miniatures in the dealer's room. The
dealer's room locks, is secure, needs more destination things, and for our last
radisson convention it is the spot where the minis have always been.

I don't see where this would be a problem.  Does anyone else have an opinion pro
or con?

These might be great suggestions for Orccon, but given less than a week before
the event, it would be a bad time to change the sign in and judging time line.
People who submit entries need lead time before the event. On 8/30/10 2:33 PM,
