So once we get the official OK to have Ascension aka Justin Gary aka Garys Games approve as Special guest (is that going to be an Eric A call?)

Who do I have him contact (email) as their special guest Coordinator for rooms, food, etc.!

Who (if someone else) to set up demo tables, scheduled play, and tournament 

Who to set up seminars?

And/or will the special guest person act as contact and relay everything.
