I will be contacting Heather and Victor by email shortly.  Just wanted to 
pass some of Justins comments along to everyone:

I am excited to be a "Special Guest" and look forward to talking with your 
coordinators.

I can bring up to 4 other people along to the event including our lead 
developer, graphic designer, and another game designer who worked on 
Ascension. Most of us our based out of San Diego but our graphic designer 
is located in LA so it should be easy to bring him along.

Rob will be able to help plan our events schedule and I am certain we can 
coordinate times for myself and my team to be doing demos or by the dealer 
booth.

As for Seminars, I am happy to do a simple question and answer and have a 
lecture on Creativity with a specific focus on Game Design that I can give. 
I delivered this lecture to a creative writing class at John Hopkins 
University and it was well received.

I am looking forward to the event!
