Thanks Cool! However, you might want to tell them to bring it to registration instead of saying my name. I will not be at the con Monday as I have work I can not get out of. I will make sure everyone at reg knows to collect receipts. I am not positive but I believe we can scan their receipt and give it back to them. I will find out.

On facebook, I asked them to give Tracy Fryer their receipt if they stayed at the Radisson with a lower rate (and not through the con).

we ended up 38 room nights short. That's basically 13 people. We have close to that just in the examples we've been provided of lower rates. Any additional names we can get would be appreciated (if we have enough concrete examples this becomes even easier). As always, let people know we will not jeopardize their rates with the hotel.
