[Deptheads] Rough draft of the conbook

The content is fairly final, but the layout is still in progress and I  
need to add some art. Still, this is good for a read through as all  
the events and schedule are in.

I'm trying to trim 4 pages, so expect me to take things that cut  
space, and very little unless critical that takes additional space.
