[Deptheads] Notice: Event Code Changes Required

Hi All,

I think everything is done. I know I haven't tested is editing an approved event. I also haven't tested viewing events made with the new form. Please confirm that new approved events display correctly. Also, please let me know if you find any issues.

Run an Event
Admin Edit through List/Add and Approvals
Possibly General Event Listing

Changes included
GM email field
Multiple start times
Notes for Department Head
Limited time options for both RPG and RPGA.
