0. Lunch

No one died

1. Welcome and Announcements

We're officially making people "Industry Liaisons" in order to give  
people more clout. We'll list them on the web. These contacts must be  
run through Eric Downing and myself -- we just want to know who is  
talking to who.

2. Orccon
	a. Budget

Tight, but not prohibitive. Rooms as always are the big concern

	b. Special Guests and Events

No disasters

	c. Publicity

Flyers are out. Next mass email going out ASAP (It's written --  
mailing tonight if all goes well)

	d. Department reports
	e. Signage

Tim will be printing. Tanya has recovered the signage templates from  
Mike Russell. They're in InDesign (2.0 we think)

	f. Library
	g. Website changes

Just staff updates now primarily

	h. Parking

Hosed. And they're being pricks about it. We can't do much until they  
screw the pooch :-(

	i. Rooms

They're overcharging us and running specials. Allegedly one for $79 a  
night, but no one has said where to get this. We have verified $95 a  
night and they've essentially told us "tough".

	j. Hotel Layout Space
	k. Awards

Done. Gayle is getting the plaques. Ribbons have been ordered so we  
should be good for at least two cons.
