[Deptheads] room crisis

Thumbs up Eric.
Sounds funny but the basis of it would work. Con goers like free stuff so a drawing is a great way to get people to volunteer their hotel information we need. Put a sign up near registration so everyone sees it as they pick up their badges. "If you are staying at the radisson for 3 days just enter your name for a special drawing of prizes". It would work..

We should have somebody standing at the front desk, dressed as a hotel employee and asking people if they will be there for three days on Friday night.  If they say yes, then ask for their name and tell them they are getting signed up for a special drawing.  After the convention we turn in all of their names to the hotel with them as convention goers.

There, room crisis solved in one easy step.
