Just so people know, we really want the people who got the rooms for  
less to go through with it and that once they get a receipt for their  
payment at these various rates we're in a much better position. The  
reason is is that at the point the transaction is truly final and it  
plays into our hand, so says our lawyer :-) Until that point the hotel  
can wriggle out of it to a certain extent.

So if people are reticent about providing info, let them know our  
lawyer *wants* them to complete the stay and transaction at the lower  
rate and that we have a vested interest in not compromising them in  
any way.
