[Deptheads] RE: [Deptheds] Looking for events

It would be good to know why he was having the problem.  If one person
speaks up , that generally means at least 10 others also had the problem and
simply gave up.

I wish I knew his total system configuration in order to identify what the
offending issue really was (ISP, Proxy, OS, application, etc)
