[Deptheads] Some announcements

Ok, a few quick announcements (between "baby" moments), solely about  
miniatures.

First, Robyn is now the official head of the mini's department (as  
opposed to de-facto). She has been functioning in that position for a  
while and was foolish^h^h^h^h^h^h^h  (unix humor -- bear with me)  
gracious enough to accept the position permanently. Second, we have  
reached an agreement with HMGS where they will coordinate historical  
miniatures at Strategicon under Robyn's oversite.  This should be a  
win-win for both Strategicon and HMGS.

So congratulations (condolences?) to Robyn and welcome Harmon Ward,  
Vice President HMGS-PSW to the Strategicon Department Heads mailing  
list.  Please allow Harmon a few days to become acclimated to the list  
before turning loose the wolves on him.

Now for some work on the web site....
