Gamers think in terms of possibilities and scenarios.  We are often so inclined to talk about them Ad infinitum.  The whos and the whys don't matter anymore.  The reality is that their con is here and we have to deal with the fact we may loose attendees.

How we mitigate that is by making our cons more attractive.

For the moment, I will play shot caller and see if we can organize things a bit better.  I know some of you may already be working on these things, but I know it sometimes helps to have a 'to do' list.

Eric B.  - Can you get content to Tanya for any special events in board games and the special guests?

Karl - Have you and your crew decided if you are going to do another monster game and what? (special event)

Mike and Ryan - Can you see if you can get commitments from the RPG, RPGA and LARPS folks and get their events listed?

Vic - Can you see what you can do to get some collectible events up?

Eric A. - You need to work on the Radisson and the email blurbs (Eric D.?).

John - Have you guys got the things you are planning on running submitted to the various department heads?

So far board games, miniatures and video games have a number events up, good job there!
