Ok, we know what we have to do -- put on the best con we can. We need  
to move forward.

First thing, we need flyers. I'm going to get something out tonight,  
though it might be really late.

So, I'll be pulling advertising fodder for the first flyer tonight,  
which means anything we want to advertise for special events needs to  
be up on the web site ASAP.
