Pretty good.

I'd make "Gateway" even bigger - but that goes with my view to de-emphasize Strategicon, and re-emphasize each convention's name.

Also, for the long term, if we can get or find some good images of people playing games, versus the usual, seemingly always fantasy RPG themed illustration, it might broaden the subtextual visual appeal to a wider range of gamer geeks...

But overall, just fine.
