I am not sure what specials for room we can offer... but would be glad to 
include some language!

I also like the idea of making an effort to pull in the SGMs with 
discounted table rates.

I am not opposed to free tables, but I gotta say...  our tables are cheap 
cheap in advance.   $100 for a prepay 300...  comes with two badges - $70 
value but of course you are tied up mid-day!  At least one of you 
is.   Donuts and coffee each day, now lunch - maybe two lunches, and some 
sodas... heck, it's a smarted move than the flea market if people thought 
about it!

I had already considering offer $75 or less tables for direct manufacturers 
with one or otherwise limited game lines.  If we can get better room rates, 
even more so.

For example, we have someone who wants to come to OrcCon to test the custom 
button market ("not the wed won!"*).   I was thinking of making a two show 
deal for her to try September  -  test the waters to see what the market 
wants, and then they will have better info for the big February crowd.

At the same time, don't want to short our core regulars!  That is why I 
like incentive more than free.  Maybe could get some of our GPA people in 
or some of the GAMA small manufacturer we met.  There are many who would 
get lots of of the Con, but room rates can be the killer.
