[Deptheads] Dealer Room Update & a quick marketing note

Yeah, this one was volunteer only -- did not involve people who did  
not want to be involved, and was unobtrusive and well-controlled. I  
even played it while running amok doing my usual duties. Mike F  
described it pretty much perfectly.
