Each event is entered seperately.
When someone submits an event they have 3 time slots to choose from. Their first choice for a time slot, second choice and third choice. When the dept. head approves the event he/she often gives the top time slot requested
but reserves the right to give the 2nd or 3rd time slot instead to better coordinate events at the convention for that dept. 
If there is no 2nd or 3rd choice (event runs 8-12 pm friday or not at all) then you just enter the same time in all 3 slots.
Since you approve rpga events you can just enter the 1st choice for start time and click "approved" when finished entering the event and you are set.

Subject: [Deptheads] Event uploading

I started to load events into the Strategicon website and ran into a problem that I need help with: start times. Does that allow me to enter an event that runs multiple times at the convention just once? Some of our events only run twice. What do I do then? Or is the first choice the only thing that matters?
