[Deptheads] event breakdown vs KublaCon

In the classroom we call this bell-to-bell instruction.  The same concept
should be in play for the convention.  Provide activities that will keep our
audience entertained and engaged from the time they walk into the con, until
they leave.  If someone isn¹t engaged, it shouldn¹t be because of lack of
activities, but rather a conscious choice on their part.
