I already mentioned this to Eric, but in case other want to add:

I was thinking we could get some local non gaming business involved.   
Like Subway to have a coupon or weekend special for attendees (and  
staff!). Papa
John put their current coupons on, maybe have a scheduled delivery  
every hour between 7pm and 1am.  Get one of the Round Tables to match  
the deal.
