Sweet! Much appreciated.
Reg would love a list of event locations from any department who has games scheduled outside of their main area. LARPS gave us a list for this con and it was very helpful. Although we are registration we might also be called information/help desk. We send participants to your HQ if they have questions, but sometimes they just want to know where their event is being held. We would like to be able to give them answers quickly. Especially if those events are not close to your HQ.
Thanks
Tracy :)

What went right:
Gateway this year was a special challenge; we had a number of special
events; tried a few new things; rolled HMGS/PSW's con into ours and had
a competing convention. Despite those challenges I think we came
through with flying colors.
This is the first con I have been at in a long time where so much more
went right then wrong. It actually 'felt' like one of the cons from
back in the late eighties. Everyone I talked to enjoyed themselves (I
actually had people stop me and tell me what a great con this one
was). Even the feedback forum had no major gripes in it. This is all
the more remarkable when you realize that Neil was running boardgames
for the first time; Robyn wasn't at the con and Gayle wasn't running
the ballroom.
What went wrong:
Frankly, not a lot. The biggest problem we had was in finding space
for everyone and that worked itself out.
A few minor tweaks for next time:
Every HQ should have a master schedule of their games. For departments
not in a single room, you should be able to tell a player with exactly
where the game is being played.
LARPS needs to have a visible HQ (maybe share with RPG?).
I will provide a day by day copy of my scheduling spreadsheet to Reg
and I promise not to write it in Aramaic this time.
Everyone deserves the credit for this and you should be proud of your
contributions. A job well done.
