[Deptheads] web site overhaul

I think we all agree the site needs an overhaul. Problem is, we need  
people with the knowledge and time to do it. First we need to come up  
with a design. So if you're interested in being involved at any stage  
of the process, from design to implementation, let me know. Depending  
on how many we get and where the talents lie as to how we'll proceed.
