[Deptheads] web site overhaul

Since we are starting on the design first, go figure, I will ask again. [Yes, I'm sure I have previous suggestions in my to do list if they are something I can do.]

How do you want the site to change in overall look?
What features would you like to see added? Where?
What features would you like to see removed?

Please be as specific as you can, site examples where ever possible.
And, if you have an application in mind that we can incorporate into our site (easily, i.e. not like the Forum account merge issue) or link to, send a url.

Keep in mind, we are always open to suggestions, but implementation requires time, manpower, mental capacity, and/or knowledge that may not be readily available unless you are volunteering.
