This is early draft of the XH packet.   This not only contains lots of 
changes to the hall (pricing model, table size, location, hours, 
exclusivity) but it is also a new format.  The first page is a summary page 
for each show, and the rest of the file should be event dependant except 
for the actual form to fill in.

With all the rework, I am sure I have errors, so please have a 
look.  Grammer, spelling, font size, content, you name it, and I probably 
messed it up!
