Christopher Lundgren ran afoul of the Facebook feature that blasted his posts from one group to all of the groups to which he belongs. A more computer savy friend clued him in to what he was doing. He has deleted the posts, which were intended for an entirely different audience and context. 
 
In regards to the photography non-fiasco, his only other experience with "Offical" photographers was at Condor Con in San Diego where the job of the "Offical Photographer" was to make sure that all Corporate and Sponsored events got some coverage. I explained that to him that the is not yet a National Board of Game Convention Standards that makes sure everything is the same at every convention. 
 
As I mentioned, he means well but his typing and computer skills really hold him back.  I have mentioned to him before that his work needs to be proof-read before posting. I hope he will heed my advice this time!
 
Yes, he can be a bit of a PITA but our area of the country has seen a huge uptick in Catalyst Game activity that their corporate people have noticed. Due to actions by some of the previous Strategicon people Catalyst was very hesitant to get involved in our convention again and he and his team have done a lot to turn that around. Historican, Origins and many of the other east coast conventions host Battletech events by the dozens and there is no reason why we can't get that big, The active groups back east regularly host tournaments with $50 entrance fees and something like that would be a great additon to our line up. 
 
As soon as I get the time I will finish my application to the Catalyst Team and take over more of the public relations side of their West Coast activites. I have asked Christopher to be quiet and just run his games and he has told me he will do so in the future. If any of you have any problems with him in the future, please contact me immediately.

- there is no reason to publicize the negativity. Chris posted
directly to the Wall pretty provocative stuff.
