[Deptheads] The pre reg system turning on at noon

Last chance to clear the queues before it goes on.

Pre reg count is below where we were when we turned the system on last year, but we're turning on the system a week earlier. With the hotel deadline and a marketing email coming next week, we're probably ahead of last year's pace. I'll know for certain next saturday :-) Last year set a record for Pre reg's (yes, no qualifier for the con -- it beat the Orccon record -- Orccon beat that this year). We should break it this year. If we break Orccon record, I'll be shocked, but we did it last year, so you never know.

Staff badges are entered, though I need a lot of volunteer names and either account names or emails.
