[Deptheads] Room 'Numbers'

There is no special projects category in the events categories. Special projects span all event categories, so unless it is a non-game (i.e. Seminars, Panel, Q&A, How to, shopping, mixer), it belongs in a game category.

It would be good to have a default room for each category and you only have to enter the non-conforming events. That is dependent on Eric.
