[Deptheads] Con book proof 2

Ok, fixing. Yes, I like adding the note about the Q&A sessions to the  
bios. John Wick had to cancel at the last second due to an emergency,  
so the page has some space....

If we have a higher res shot of Kevin I can make the pictures larger.  
Ted and Grant's pictures are about 300 dpi and can easily grow, but  
Kevin's is only about 72 so I had to shrink it down to make it  
presentable.
