[Deptheads] Con book proof 2

I think this is something Neil arranged for at the last con. He has a guy set up to handle this now who helped get these guys that room last time. Their requirement is really just a separate room where they can playtest their games. I never made it over last con but they just had one of those rooms behind minis and they were very happy about it. Standard tables are good, although a big one upfront for the panel/admin would be ideal. It would not suit them to be in open gaming, especially when Blue Panther Games has promoted this heavily for the playtesting community in L.A. and Steve even suggested charging extra for their attendance (but we didn't get the fee up on pre-reg so we dropped it).

I really hope we can carve something out for them or it's a bit of an embarrassment for us. Sorry the communication wasn't clearer. They assumed they had the space like last time so we were focused on just arranging the panel discussion and other details.
