Ok, Broadside Bash would like to take control and totally host the painting
contest for the February con:

So is this a problem?
Are we ok with it?

It does bring in CMON into sponsering the contest and will provide more
visibility outside the convention, but with them wanting to have it on the
third floor it might not be as visible and will not be a draw to the dealer
room.
