[Deptheads] Painting Contest

I think one of the best ways to combat the "No one will go if it's on the
3rd floor" syndrome is to ADVERTISE it. I'll take this one and make sure
that it's not only mentioned in the tours, but that there are clear signs
for it and that it goes out in each of the marketing e-mails. Special
events deserve special attention. :-) If we're all aware of them, we can
promote them to the guests of the con when we interact.
I think it's a great idea, and I do agree, we need to know the categories
are going to be. Perhaps a way to involve the dealer room is contact one
or two of the anchors (like Game Ogre or Jason's Games or Dapper Devil's,
etc) and see if they'd want to donate something for a prize?
Maybe we could do that for the Costume Contest, too? Just some thoughts.
