[Deptheads] At room limit

Rodger Macgowan is now saying that he NEEDS Friday night as well.  Although
he says he's not going to be there himself.  We're trying to ascertain
whether they are for GMT "staff" in which case, I don't think we should give
rooms to "vendors" but it's up to you Eric A.    Maybe he can get away with
just "one" room for Friday night.

Also Eric, you need to get in contact with him again about cover art.  I
don't suggest e-mail.
