[Deptheads] Energy Drink Sponsor

Hey y'all,

Here's the latest from Monster:

Tell him we will send the truck to sample it on both friday 18th and Saturday 19th
(Sunday we are booked) truck will arrive 9:45pm and they will stay until 10:30pm sampling

they will also give them 10 cases Hammer each time they arrive for them to use when we are not there
Tell him to please send you 10 photos of the Monster being used at the event...so you can forward them to me :)

They're sending the Monster truck out to us on Friday and Saturday. I've been told this means that the drinks will be cold. We need to have volunteers ready to bring the 10 cases (each night) back up to the event. We also need to make sure to take photographs of people enjoying the drinks, preferably in busy areas.

I will have my camera and make sure I get at least 10 good pictures of Monster energy drink with different participants (board gaming, video gaming, rpging, playing miniatures, wargaming, ccging, doing demos, "are you a werewolfing", or whatever they are participating in).

Since we haven't heard from Tyler lets consider him a no show for Orccon.  I know you have the tournaments he normally runs covered, but wasn't he the one who took most of the pictures there?  I think you should find a replacement cameraman or woman.  Part of what made the computer room successful was the self promotion via pictures.
