[Deptheads] Room deadline extended by hotel ...

I want to make sure I understand this. The deadline is Feb 4th or until the
room block is full, right?

I have a couple of people trying to get rooms at the con rate, but are being
told the deadline has passed, but that they can get rooms for the full
price. Is that what should be happening at this point?
