[Deptheads] Costume Contest?

Hey all,
 
I know that there were some emails regarding this earlier but do we have full information together on this yet?

It is NOT in our special events section
I found that it is Sunday at 5PM and is going to run two hours on our events page.  But it also said more info coming soon.  What is the more information?
 
All pertintent details will help.  Any guidelines we need to announce? Are there prizes? Different Categories or just one category?  Anything else would be helpful!
